This is a WINDY CITY ENTERTAINMENT Production. My name is Windy Barnes Farrell and I am a San Pedro resident Singer and Producer. I founded and produced the Inaugural SAN PEDRO MUSIC FESTIVAL earlier this year on Mothers Day.
