Lift Her Up- Workout for a Cause
Vitality by Kristin and Girls Gone Buff are teaming up our first ever "Lift Her Up."
GGB & VBK are female owned and led gyms in GNO, owners Kristin Kavanaugh and Chelsey Tharp opened within a month of each other in 2016. We've maintained a closeness and friendship that would likely be advised against by many "business" people. Instead of choosing to be in competition we've actively sought to support each other in every way possible!
Lift Her Up was birthed from the idea that women are stronger when they support each other! So please, join us on December 15th for our first ever Lift Her Up! We will have 4 short workouts throughout the event hosted by Girls Gone Buff , Vitality by Kristin , Dance Trance New Orleans and Amethyst Moon Yoga ! All proceeds from this event will be donated back to Girls on the Run New Orleans, an organization that forms running clubs and supplies running coaches to GNO's young women!
In addition we will have a health fair featuring VIVA VEGAN Casi Cole's Health Coaching and Natural Care ProGen Financial Consulting, LLC Girls on the Run New Orleans and Tulane Women's Sports Medicine Program, with Dr. Mary Mulcahey ... and more!
