5 Course Mexican Wine Dinner
Inspired by a recent trip to the Valley de Guadalupe region, the team behind Popol Vuh invites you share their magical experience of new discoveries through food and wine. Chef Jose Alarcon will prepare a 5 course dinner designed around flavors of the region, while Mexican wine expert Erin Ungerman pairs 5 amazing wines discovered while traveling with the Popol Vuh team. You'll be among the first to taste these wines, brand new to the Minnesota market.
There will be a welcome reception from 5:30-6:15 where you will have the chance to learn about and taste additional Mexican wines that will not be paired with dinner. This reception is included in the ticket price.
