Champagne Blunch at Redbird!
Yes, that's right! Blunch, not Brunch! Boozy Lunch? We're not sure, but Blunch just sounds right as the focus is going to be on a great line-up of Grower Champagnes hosted by Debra Lewis of Vintage 59 Imports and Peter Poulos of Highland Fine Wine.
Debra will walk us through six different Champagnes from very small houses accompanied by a beautiful dishes from Chef and Owner Zeb Stevenson (formerly Executive Chef at Watershed on Peachtree). Redbird is located in the White Provisions District in the space formerly occupied by Bacchanalia just West of Midtown.
