Scent Policy As the Institute takes place in a public building we can not guarantee a scent free space. However we ask all participants to help us make the Institute more accessible by avoiding wearing perfumes or heavy scents.
Lighting The library building has fluorescent lights throughout. Some rooms have windows with natural light.
Quiet Room There will be a quiet room in the 5th floor Learning Studio(https://sfpl.org/locations/main-library/the-bridge) available during the hours of the Institute. The room will have seating, water, and a few snacks. If possible the overhead lights will be off. We ask everyone to respect the space and each other by not talking with others or on the phone.
Transportation The ACL Institute is held at the main branch of the SF Public Library (https://sfpl.org/locations/main-library) and offers bike parking and information (https://sfpl.org/locations/main-library/about/parking-main-library)about local parking lots.
