Pure Rhythm: The Power Within with Amber Ryan

We are each powerful, creative beings. Sometimes we are tapped into our own authentic source of creation and other times this spontaneous energy gets stuck or lost because of the accumulation of a life not lived fully. In this time together, we will reconnect to the essential energies that live within us, and cultivate our maturity by moving deeply inside the 5Rhythms, practicing so that we become the embodiment of the magic stuff that we are made of.
The direct path in reclaiming our fullness is to dance our truth and by doing so we retrieve that parts of ourselves that have been lost along the way and invite them back into our being. Together we will cultivate the courage to share our individual magic with our dance tribe so that we can bring our full bodied, open hearted expression out into the world. When we claim our own individual power, get inside it and get to know it intimately then we are able to be this unique offering in the world.
Prayerdanse: Our Sacred Practice with Rachel Levy

We need spiritual practice to restore us to our wholeness, our holiness, We reunite with our Sacred Selves, returning to the sanctuary of our Sacred Space. We remember who we truly are as we slowly let go of our stress, tension, and limitations in our surrender to the magic of the music and divine guidance. We give ourselves over to the inner danse longing to be expressed, presencing the Sacred within every breath, stretch, extension, contraction, connection and each teardrop, smile and bead of sweat, We bring our humanity, and our humanness to danse, and receive the bodies wisdom reminding us how divine we truly are. This is the promise of Prayerdanse.
