Mint/tamarind chutney
Main:
1) Alloo Matar..... potato, peas, tomato
2) Chana/lauki Daal....split garbanzo, Bengali five spice, onion
3) Kadhu Bhaji: butternut squash, curry leaves, mustard
4) Kosha Mangsho: goat, warming spices, turmeric (vegetarian substitute will be available on request)
5) Paneer kofta: homemade cheese, ginger, garlic, cilantro
6) Basmati Rice/ and festive deep fried breads(poori)

Diwali sweet plate: diary, nuts, clarified butter
