Laughing in the VIP Lounge

The laughs are coming to the VIP Lounge in Norwich. Get out of your house, grab a drink and have a seat because Will Phillips, RJ McCarthy, Hal Stewart and Mike Peters will set up shop for Laughing in the VIP Lounge on Friday, Nov. 15.

The show starts at 9 p.m. Doors open at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $10 and VIP tickets, which include preferred seating, are $15.

About the comedians:
Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters performed at the Funny Bone in Syracuse, the Greenwich Village Comedy Club in New York City, won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and opened for Super Troopers Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York.

A Binghamton comedian with a flare for storytelling, Hal Stewart pulls his material from his family, everyday experience and interactions to which anybody can relate. A Syracuse native, Stewart performs across New York and Pennsylvania. He once attended Harvard University for its annual Peach Festival.

A regular host at the Funny Bone in Syracuse, RJ McCarthy has been one of the hardest-working comedians in the state over the last five years. A Syracuse native, McCarthy works all around New York and was in the Asheville Comedy Festival in North Carolina. Hes performed at the Albany Funny Bone, the Helium Comedy Club in Buffalo, hosted the Binghamton Comedy Crawl in 2018 and featured in 2019. Hes bright, quick on his feet and always hilarious.

A talented comedian, writer and author, Will Phillips is a Utica favorite. Hes the head of content development for Stage Time Trivia, which serves several restaurants around the Central New York area, and co-created the popular KoldCast web series, Murder Squad, D.B.A. Before his stand-up career began, Phillips spent two years working with Family Guy and wrote Hollywood Failure, which was published in 2014.
