Yoga & Meditation with Jane & Cam

Join us at the beautiful Beetroot Sauvage for a morning of Forrest Yoga and meditation. The world can be a challenging place at the moment: this event is a moment to stop, regroup, and learn some tools to help you find your way.
Jane will lead a Forrest Yoga practice with the intention of softening and relaxing areas of tension, and connecting to strength and resilience. Forrest Yoga focuses on sensations, feelings and breath to connect with what's happening in the body moment by moment: no previous yoga experience is needed. It's also a great practice for anyone working with injuries, so do come along even if you feel you have limitations.
Cam will share meditation practices that can help when coping with the challenges and difficulties of life. We will sharpen our mental faculties with concentration and mindfulness, before exploring the Five Wise Reflections: How fortunate we are. Impermanence and death; The karmic law of cause and effect; The nature of suffering; The balance of compassion and equanimity.
Jane is a yoga teacher, bodyworker and somatic coach who is passionate about self-connection and connection with others.Cam is a dedicated meditation practitioner; not a professional teacher, but a devotee who loves meditating with others and sharing what they have learnt over the last few years.
