Have you been touched by science or touched by Explorit? We are celebrating 30 years of putting hands on science and you are invited! Join us on Saturday, October 19 at 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. for this special fundraiser to commemorate our founding with an evening of food and wine and scintillating conversation with special guest scientists like Paul Moller, inventor of the Skycar. Other Guest Speakers include Senator Lois Wolk; Director of the Sacramento Area Science Project Dr. Arthur Beauchamp and California Supt. Public Instruction 1995-2003 Dr. Delain Eastin. There will be a silent auction, Back to the Future Trivia Quiz by Derrick Bang, and demonstrations of the Moller Skycar 400 and the Citrus Circuits Robotics Team. Don't forget to get your commemorative long-STEM wine glass and toast Explorit Science Center's mission to ignite and foster curiosity about science and nature through inquiry and discovery.
