Libbie Summers has made a name for herself creating fanciful, elaborate designs inspired by the natural beauty of food. In collaboration with Chef Peter Dale, a master of color and flavor on the plate himself, we present to you an evening of food, design and conversation.

Arrive to the historic Hardeman-Sams House at 6:30pm for a seasonal Cathead Vodka cocktail and passed hors d'oeuvres. Pop into Libbie's world as you browse a selection of the new line of Culinary Salon apron dresses, aprons and tabletop linens from Yum Yum Smile Shop (food-inspired living). Take a seat at the table for a wine dinner prepared by Peter Dale & The National and accentuated by one-of-a-kind modern yet whimsical table design by Libbie.
