Creative Mindfulness Camp - Krohn's
Registered Child Yoga Teacher and owner of Busy Being Kids Yoga, Emily Hunt will be hosting a Creative Mindfulness Mini Camp surrounded by the magical foliage of Krohn Conservatory! The first hour is a yoga class designed for kids and great fun for parents to join in. The class will include games, engaging mindfulness exercises, poses and an imaginative relaxation at the end. In the second hour, you will create mindfulness crafts like glitter jars and crafty "secret gardens."
There is also an option for a complimentary garden tour for parents to participate in during the mini camp. We ask that all parents stay on premises and either participate in the Mini Camp or take the tour. Admission is free for parents and $25/child.
