Join us on Sunday August 4th for our second Serenading the Cows event at Cloverbud Ranch in Portsmouth, RI featuring cellist Michael Scott. We are hosting live music and grass-fed burger cookout to support Newport public schools music program out in our 60 acre pasture - right in front of our herd of 45 rotationally grazing beef cattle. They love music !!
4:00 PM cookout and fellowship as people make their way out to the field. 5:00 PM - Calling of the Cows and music from cellist Michael Scott presenting a selection of classic and contemporary pieces. 6:00 PM music concludes but folks can stay for drinks and conversation. Tickets are $25 which includes grass-fed burgers, baked beans and salad and a donation to Diane Sheehan's elementary school string ensemble in Newport public schools. Our assistance will help children whose families would struggle to afford their instrument rental. BYOB.
