About the Instructor:
Laura Conley is an enthusiastic and heartfelt professional coach with a passion for transformation and a gift for inspiring others drawn to a journey of self-discovery. Through a revelatory and playful process of inquiry, she uses thought-provoking questions to illuminate limiting assumptions, facilitate insight, and nourish new, freeing ways of seeing and being.
Laura offers coaching services through the I AM Wellness Center at Amrit Yoga Institute as well as through private practice. She is certified through the ICF-accredited American School of Professional Coaching in Jacksonville, Florida.
