Join us for an opera-themed summer extravaganza! This August, Opera Mariposa is fundraising for our 2019-2020 season with a sumptuous costumed concert, presented alongside our first-ever costume and prop sale.
The concert is at 3pm, but the sale starts at noon. Take in a dazzling performance of operatic highlights, brought to life by a cast multi-award-winning artists who have performed on stages around the globe. Then stick around to shop our award-winning costume and prop collection, as well as beautiful collectibles and curiosities from other vendors such as Donald's Eye Chainmail Jewellery. Our costume sale includes lots of contemporary outfits and accessories (perfect for the bargain-hunting fashionista), as well as elaborate dance costumes, traditional garments and opera outfits that truly belong centre stage. Follow us on Facebook to catch sneak peeks of some of the items that will be available - then join us on Saturday, August 24th to enjoy an afternoon of beautiful music, and to shop 'til you drop!
Please note: we will be accepting both cash and credit card during the sale, but our concession stand will be cash only.
