E-4 Character Breakdown Actors Workshop
A couple of years ago, Waynee Leonard Presents gave a workshop in Los Angeles that received great critical acclaimed. It was called, E-4. E-4 is a comprehensive intense workshop designed to Teach, The Actor, how to accurately portray emotions. The term E-4 is made available only to attendees of the workshop, but what makes the workshop so powerful is that it teaches the actor to access emotions and transitional emotions (building to the major emotions). This is the BLOODLINE for any actor and without it, the actor/performer has little to no chance of successfully booking large-scaled professional jobs.
So, Wanyee Leonard combines his extensive experiences as a stage performer, clinical consultant (mental health), Film/TV director and showrunner to deliver a clinically accurate, proven roadmap to emotions that are authentic, progressive and impactful.
You will receive a 100-page workbook filled with detailed information and instruction on how to execute emotions that are common and vital on screen, television, and commercials. We will review the notebook in class, so when you take your notebook home you have a comprehensive reference that you can use ASAP to get the edge in your auditions, scripts, and commercials.
We will watch 3 clips and dissect non-verbal acting, which accounts for over 50% of acting (especially in commercials).
We will watch 5 clips and dissect critical emotions; happiness, sadness, anger, but in doing so, well examine the emotions that must create the BUILD to the major emotions. In this segment, well delve into transitions or the setup strategy. NOTE: This section alone will guarantee an edge over 90% of your competitors because we shake a unique but effective formula that takes your audience into a clear and impactful journey through your character.
