BEAR CALL! RWAR!

Hello, friends! Its that time of year again! Bear Clan is honored to announce our 5th ANNUAL Bear Call Campout, taking place August 2nd-4th at Kuykendall Campground. Please join us once again for three days of family-style summer fun in the beautiful national forest.

Our mission is to facilitate and foster a safe, comfortable, and creative community space. We offer such elements as a community kitchen, Chaw Lounge (smush zone), Bear Bar, trading post, workshops, open mic, and two full nights of music graciously shared by many of our friends and local favorites.

With some room for organic growth each year, we truly value and protect the safe container that is this gathering. This year we are doing pre-sale tickets to ensure your entry. Everyone involved with this event pays $20 expect for performers and staff. $20 covers the entire weekend.

-Gate is open from 12pm-12am on Friday, 12pm-5pm on Saturday
- There is NO RE-ENTRY outside of the gate hours.

*NO DOGS - Please leave your pets in alternate care this weekend
*All ages - Kids 16 and under are free!
*No glass containers
*Carpool if possible - space is very limited.
*Radical responsibility - Pledge to take care of yourselves. Pack it in, pack it out. While there will be a community kitchen and bar, these are interplay spaces and not guarantees of nourishment or refreshment. Bring something to share if you want something to be shared with you

Directions from Asheville: Take state Hwy 280 south to Brevard. At the junction of US Hwy 276/64/280, follow Hwy 64 west through Brevard to Cathys Creek Rd/Forest Rd 471. Take a right and go 1.25 mi to campground entrance.
