SSPGC July 17, 2019 Luncheon Meeting
SSPGC July 17, 2019 Meeting: How has the New Tax Law Effected Gifting and Estate Plans? Learn from a panel of professionals who are in the trenches.
The new Tax Law (Jan 2018) has been in place for a year and half. What practical effects have resulted? What should we be talking about with our clients and our donors, and what can we learn from each other that is transferable to what you do?
Was gifting in 2018 up or down? ANSWER: It depends. It depends which segment(s) you work in, it depends on the profession, it depends . . .
How can gifting be up? While at the same time down? And if you remove certain huge gift anomalies, then what does it look like?
What are your clients/donors biggest misconceptions about the new tax law? What are our experts saying to clear up the misinformation that continually floats around in our planning world?
