The yin class will be taught by Sonja Spinarski of Crow Moon Yoga and Sonja Sivesind of Community Acupuncture Project at Limber Yoga 7901 35th Ave SW 2nd Floor, Seattle, WA 98126

The September offering will focus on Fall's metal element and the lung organ, according to TCM. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the metal element corresponds with the Lung & Large intestine channels and meridians, as well as the properties of Dryness, color White, Acrid taste, body parts Nose and Body hair, and the emotions of Sorrow and Grief.

We hope you will join us as we welcome autumn to the Pacific Northwest together.

Tickets are on a sliding scale to accommodate those that might not otherwise be able to attend due to financial restrictions. We will be taking cash donations at the door, in addition, to further support the immigrant rights organizing of La Resistencia.
