The Pink Unicorn

2019 Colorado Theatre Festival awarded this production BEST PLAY and Merrily Talbott BEST ACTRESS for her portrayal of Trisha Lee, a Christian widow from a conservative Texas town whose life is thrown into turmoil when her teenage daughter announces she is gender queer and starting a chapter of the Gay and Straight Alliance at the local high school. The award-winning script was written by Elise Forier Edie. Directed by 2-time Monologue Madness winner, and 2019 CO Theatre Festival monologue/acting competition winner, Liza Eller.
