Celebrate International Day of Yoga with Free Yoga & Meditation
In 2015, the United Nations General Assembly unanimously declared June 21 as the International Day of Yoga. Over the past 4 years, Isha has taken monumental steps to bring to life this day as a major offering of yoga and a possibility for people around the world to experience meditativeness.
This year, to celebrate the 5th International Yoga Day, Isha will be offering Free Yoga and Meditation sessions in Twin Cities. Come, join us to learn simple yet potent tools to enhance health, joy, peace, love, success and inner exploration. Discover how to navigate the hectic pace of modern life and realize your full potential in all spheres of life.
