Women of Jazz - Lynne Jordan
Roger Ebert's "Favorite Windy City Diva" graces Open Door's stage for the second show in our Women of Jazz Series. Not only do her soaring vocals dip effortlessly into blues, jazz, funk, rock and even country but her bawdy personality wins over any crowd. She brought her special brand of storytelling, humor and performance to Chicago's City Winery and to New York and Atlanta with her sold-out show, "A Musical Tribute to Nina Simone."
Lynne Jordan offers up an eclectic array of music for the audience as they experience the multi-faceted diva glory. This is a show not to be missed.
