How to say seafood in Vietnamese - Do Bien
it's time for another private dinner with chef/owner Duy Nguyen at Banh Mi Hoi An. This time it's an all seafood menu featuring some of his favorite family recipes (of course some things from the secret menu) and one surprise appetizer from Jack's recent project. We will be serving the freshest possible sustainable fish from local sources. Cost per person is a bargain at $40 (not including beverages and alcohol, tax or gratuity) This dinner will take place on Tuesday evening June 4th at 6:00PM. Seating will be limited to 36, so don't miss out. If you've been to our dinners and want to be sure to secure a seat, purchase your tickets ASAP- we're already half full.
Menu Preview: Jack's surprise appetizer; Imperial Rolls with Crab & Pork; Baby Clam Stir Fry with Sesame Rice Crispy Cracker; Prawn; Khoto Caramel Rock Fish & Steamed Rice; Honeycomb Cake with Coconut Cream Drizzle. (Menu subject to change depending on the availability of fresh seafood)
