You know that feeling, when you wish youd said or done the right thing at the time, but only thought of it the next day,. Would you like to be aware of yourself in the moment?
This weekend will focus on the feminine.
You will be held in a space, that will empower you to work through any issues you have around your sexuality, relationships & the choices you make that can negatively impact these things.
There is a Goddess Within all of us. Shes assertive and heart focused. She understands her ego & takes responsibility for her life.
We are all powerful human beings with an amazing amount of potential.

WHAT TO EXPECT
The weekend will include focused workshops. In an informal wam, loving space where everyone feels comfortable sharing.
You will get practical tools to start applying straight away, there and then.
From this weekend, a sisterhood of support will be created & I will offer one free 1:1 coaching session, to all those who attend.
Meditation & yoga will form part of the structure of each day.
This weekend will also be catered for with nutritious food that will help to keep our vibrations high.
END RESULT
You will arrive with emotional baggage that has been weighing you down & leave feeling light & happy. You will be empowered, having been through an exploration of yourself.
You will have beautiful connections & friendships that will last you a lifetime.
WHERE WILL THIS TAKE PLACE?
We will be staying in the grounds of the Hollycombe Retreat Centre.
Holycombe is a beautiful, residential holistic retreat centre, set in a verdant wooded valley on the edge of the Cotswold village of Whichford. A natural stream rises from a holy well in the nearby wood, passes through the grounds and down a waterfall. The sound of running water adds to the sense of peace and tranquillity
THE FACILITATORS
Workshops - The weekend will be hosted by myself. My name is Gina Im an intuitive life coach. I started my journey many years ago. My life experiences have brought me to good place of understanding. These experiences also lead me to complete my training with Natural Success. Where I was able to unlock my understanding about my ego and find my genius. Which is working with women to promote sex positive attitudes and help them to take responsibility for their lives. So that they can move forward & make life choices that are more in tune with their hearts. The workshops will be structured & centred around the above premises.
Breathwork - These sessions will be delivered by Isik. Isik is a transformational coach, breathwork facilitator and a writer. She empowers women to love their truth. She offers group and 1-1 breathwork journeys as well as 1-1 transformational coaching sessions. Isik also leads workshops connecting women to their feminine power. Sound Meditation - These sessions delivered by Rachael Welford. Rachael is an inspirational speaker, holistic therapist & mental health advocate. She offers a personalised and holistic approach, using tools such as meditation, EFT (Tapping), Reiki and sound therapy. To find out more about her story go to:

I have just finished a Chakra Workshop with Rachael and all I can say is WOW! It was amazing, educational, fulfilling, intense, enlightening, soulful, loving, open, welcoming and the best guided meditation I have ever done. STRUCTURE OF THE WEEKEND RETREAT
Friday 26th July - Sunday 28th July
REGISTRATION
Guest can arrive and register between 5.00pm -5.25pm. With the first session starting at 5.30pm.
Day One:
You will meet the team & each other, at the welcome supper.
We will begin with a detailed description & introduction to the weekend.
An understanding of the premises we will be working with and an opportunity for questions and reflection.

The day will end with a Breathwork session delivered by Isik.
Day Two:
There is the option to join in the morning meditation & sun salutations before breakfast.
After breakfast there will be various workshops.
Looking at knowing & understanding your power and owning it.
You will come to love the Goddess within, in all her majesty.
We will explore our egos and how it plays into our decisions and choices in life. We will look at ways to develop the tools we already have to help us in everyday life.
At the end of day two Rachael will deliver a sound meditation session. As well as a Fire Ritual around the camp fire.
Drawing the end of day two, to a wonderful close.
Day Three
Again you will have the option to join in the morning meditation and sun salutations before breakfast.
We will now start to sum up the work we have done throughout the weekend and have opportunities to practice the tools learnt.
There will be space to reflect and ask further questions.
We will discuss whats next & how you go out into the world embracing the Goddess Within.
At the end of day three Isik will deliver the final Breathwork session. Leaving you charged and further prepared for life.
You will also have the offer of joining the sisterhood as well as booking in for free a 1:1 coaching session after the weekend retreat.
You will also receive a goodie bag with treats & advice to take home with you
