LOVE, ETERNAL
The ADVANCED DRAMA students at WHS present an original romantic comedy by sophomore Emma Warren.
This one-act play tells an absurd love story between princess Emaline & an unemployed actor named Laurence. Together they must overcome the obstacles created by Emaline's overbearing parents who are determined to marry her off to an old, blind man.
Meanwhile, Laurence's troupe of actors have just lost their playhouse and are forced to rehearse their production of ROMEO & JULIET in a local public park.
Will our lovers be united in matrimony at last? Will the evil Duke & Duchess succeed in marrying their daughter to an old, blind man? Will the community park production of Romeo & Juliet ever have a public performance?
