Sushi and Sashimi. the Art of Vegan Seafood Sunday, June 2, 2019, 4pm-7pm Class includes dinner $60 for adults, $40 for 12-17 year-olds
Chef Josh will teach you how to prepare the finest versions of vegan sushi through Japanese preparations.
Learn how to make vegan versions of scallops, uni, three types of tuna, and eel. We will also prepare quick-Japanese pickles and roasted vegetables.
Build your own sushi and hand rolls. You will learn how to plate sashimi.
Dinner will include house made wonton soup and dashi, sushi, sashimi, and desert.
You will leave with recipes and inspiration.
