Structure Cellars Release Party Weekend June 1+2 2019
The main point of the Release Party is to TASTE ALL of the new wines and CHOOSE your case(s) for the year. Our release parties are the ONLY time when you can taste every wine side by side - which helps a lot with your decision making.
Everyone is welcome to the release party - club members and public. In order to give our club members the first preference for time slot, tickets will not go on sale to the public until May 13th. Ticket sales end March 27 at 12am or when tickets are sold out.
To keep things moving along and all guests happy and comfortable, we are setting 6 time slots in which to RSVP:
Saturday 12:00-2:00
Saturday 2:00-4:00
Saturday 4:00-6:00
Sunday 1:00-3:00
Sunday 3:00-5:00
Sunday 5:00-7:00
EACH PERSON ATTENDING NEEDS A TICKET. :)
One hundred twenty five tickets available per time period. You will be admitted up to one hour before the end of your time slot. You can rush through if you like, but 60-90 minutes is a leisurely and fun pace to taste the wines and paired bites.
****Release Weekend Lowdown****
We are releasing 12 exciting wines, including a new Foundation Wine.
Everyone who would like to go will purchase a ticket to the time slot you would like to attend. At the end of your tasting you choose your wines. Club members (two people per membership) get their ticket price applied to the cost of your case, which is why you are there anyway, so in the end CLUB MEMBERS PAY NOTHING to attend the party.
Not a club member and still like to attend? Sure! And your ticket price will be applied to your case should you decide to join our awesome wine club.
What To Expect
Taste 12 wines. Eat bites. Have fun. Choose case. Take case. That's it!
[ ] Plan to not to drive. Please. That's the easiest and safest way.
[ ] 21 and over only please - ID's will be checked at the door.
[ ] We love all children and are a child friendly winery, but due to the size of this event, this is not a great environment for our babies - two OR four legged. If you really want to bring your children, may we suggest Sunday from 5-7pm? That group is likely the smallest and easiest for you to navigate.
