Nine Nights w/ Cinnamon & Celestial Navigation Public Sale

We're excited to bring you two new barrel aged creations. One is a variant of a fan favorite returning for you - NINE NIGHTS w/ CINNAMON, and the second is a brand new barrel aged Golden Sour Ale based on the flavors of a Dark & Stormy cocktail - CELESTIAL NAVIGATION.
NINE NIGHTS w/ CINNAMON bottles are $28 / 22oz + tax & BPT fee, with a limit of (4) bottles. CELESTIAL NAVIGATION bottles are $14 / 375ml + tax & BPT fee, with a limit of (4) bottles.

NINE NIGHTS w/ CINNAMON
Imperial Stout w/ Coconut, Vanilla Beans, & Cinnamon aged in Rum Barrels
12.8% ABV
We let this robust Imperial Stout develop its deep complexity while resting in rum barrels, and added flaked coconut and vanilla beans for an extra sensory boost. Flavors of dark chocolate, tropical coconut, and caramelized sugar combine over the medium-full body, while the rum-soaked oak barrels and cinnamon add a warming spicy depth to the finish. Savor the voyage.
CELESTIAL NAVIGATION
Rum Barrel Aged Golden Sour Ale with Ginger, Lime Zest & Spices
7.8% ABV
A journey on the high seas of barrel aging, with waves of flavor crashing on your tastebuds. This barrel aged sour beer is a deep golden color, with moderate carbonation that transports the stimulating bouquet of Dark & Stormy cocktail-inspired scents straight into your aroma sensors. Flavors of sweet and spicy ginger wash over the tongue, backed with bright tart lime, and a sensory burst from the spice blend of star anise, vanilla, and orange peel. The rum barrels add notes of sugar cane and oak, with an aftertaste that warms the soul.

BOTTLE RELEASE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Starting Thursday, 4/4/19 at 10am PDT, you will be able to purchase tickets good for up to 4 bottles of NINE NIGHTS w/ CINNAMON and up to 4 bottles of CELESTIAL NAVIGATION. This sale will end Sunday, 4/7/19 at 11:59pm, or when bottles have sold out.
You or your proxy (named at checkout) will be able to pick up bottles at Pure Project (9030 Kenamar Dr. #308 San Diego, CA 92121) between noon on Saturday 4/13/2019 through 8pm on Sunday 4/21/2019.
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit or the pick-up window.
Must be 21 to purchase/pickup and all PROXIES must also be over 21 and the ID must match the name added as proxy at checkout.
**Any bottle not claimed by 4/21/2019 will be forfeit, so please only order if you are sure you can claim your bottles within the pickup window**

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR BOTTLES:
To claim your bottles, you or your proxy will need to show ID proving that you are (1) both over 21 years of age and that (2) the name on the ticket order matches your ID. Again, please only purchase tickets if you are 100% sure that you can pick up the bottles within the pickup window stated multiple times above. There are no exceptions.
Pure Project WILL NOT ship bottles. The bottles must be claimed from the Pure Project tap room (9030 Kenamar Dr. #308 San Diego, CA 92121) within the pickup window of Saturday 4/13/2019 through 8pm on Sunday 4/21/2019. NO REFUNDS: Due to demand for bottles, Pure Project will not issue refunds. All sales are final. That said, we are big on customer service, so should you not be fully satisfied with a bottle, simply email bottles@purebrewing.org and let us know.
RELEASE PARTY DETAILS:
The tickets you are purchasing will admit you to a release party to claim your bottles. The date of the party is Saturday 4/13/2019 from noon-10 pm in the tap room at Pure Project.
