Apoyo is the Spanish word for support and just as support has many meanings and inferences in English, Apoyo in the Spanish language does as well. It implies not only support in the traditional sense but also to uphold, to advocate, to get behind a person or project, to bolster and to help prop up. Just as a grapevine is not as strong without the support or the Apoyo of the end posts and trellis wire, so too a community is not as strong without people helping one another out.
With that in mind $5.00 of each ticket sold through participating non-profits will go towards supporting that specific non-profit. While $5.00 of each ticket sold online or in the Cave B Estate Winery tasting rooms will go into our new Vineyard Workers Childrens Education Scholarship Fund.
The Villalobos Brothers will take the stage for our featured performance.Three brothers, Ernesto, Alberto & Luis all classically trained in the violin pair their intense classical training in the violin (in NY, Brussels & Germany) with songs from their Mexican heritage to create a virtuosic performance that will thrill you. With the use of their violins, voices and storytelling they deliver a powerful message of love and brotherhood. From Carnegie hall, the Lincoln Center and the Latin Grammy's they have filled concert halls and received long standing ovations. This is a night not to be missed.
