April 18, 2019. Tony's third Chef's Dinner will be partnering with Stemple Creek Ranch, Tomales. Chef Shapiro's five-course menu is crafted to highlight Stemple Creek's superior quality, grass-fed and finished meats. All courses will include a paired wine.
