Language of Angels
Bold Print Theatre Company presents: LANGUAGE OF ANGELS written by Naomi Iizuka directed by Michael Joseph Hanley
Presented at Theatre Puget Sound's THEATRE4 (located on the 4th floor of The Armory/Center House at the Seattle Center)
Synopsis: After a young girl named Celie is lost inside a cave on the edge of town, an investigation of the disappearance sends shockwaves through her community. Her close friends attempt to piece together what really happened as they struggle with issues of mortality, grief, and healing. As time passes and secrets come to light, Celie's memory becomes an increasingly concrete presence in the lives of the ones she once loved. A poetic and theatrical reminder of the unexpected ways death can bring forth life, Language of Angels tells a timeless story of karmic struggle between forces of good and evil.
This show is recommended for ages 13+ due to language and mature themes.
