Georgian Folk Singing Workshop with Adilei & The Chamgeliani Sisters
Learn exciting Georgian folk songs with Adilei and the Chamgeliani Sisters. Adilei is a young choir from Tbilisi who sing traditional music with playful energy and improvisational flair. The Chamgeliani Sisters sing hauntingly beautiful ancient songs from Svaneti, a remote region in the high Causasian mountains.
All are welcome to experience the joy of Georgian multi-part singing (and yodeling!) during this three hour workshop with these special guest artists representing the new wave of traditional music from the rich culture of the Caucasus.
