Youth Link 29th Community Leadership Awards
Bellevue Youth Link will be celebrating its 29th Community Leadership Awards event providing nationally recognized quality youth leadership and community service programs in the City of Bellevue since 1990.  Youth participants serve in leadership roles through the Youth Link Board, Bellevue Youth Council, and various Action Teams and committees planning special events and projects including city-wide youth conferences, youth leadership trainings, and a youth business leadership course.

Each year, this unique city-wide youth recognition event highlights the contribution of young people from throughout our community.  To ensure that we recognize and celebrate the diversity of all of our youth and diverse forms of leadership, we are introducing new award categories.  Please consider a youth that has championed the cause of others, fought hard to win personal battles, and/or motivated other students to promote, cultivate, and advocate in order to create a more supportive and inclusive community for all.

Nominations can be submitted online at www.youthlink.com.  Nominations will be accepted through May 3 and the awards will be presented on Wednesday, May 29, 6:30-8 p.m., at Bellevue City Hall at 450 110th Avenue NE, Bellevue. The event will be free and open to the public.  Spaces are limited.
