Amanda began her journey with yoga 6 years ago like many Americans on a quest for better tank top arms. As a busy mom of three and an elementary school teacher, she quickly realized her mat became her daily refuge and yoga her mechanism to a healthy mind, body and spirit. Having lived the transformative powers of combining breath, asana and meditation, Amandas teacher spirit needed to share this gift. She received her 200-hr RYT and CTY in 2018. She teaches classes to all ages from 9-99.
