AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Spring 2019 SESSION
6 WEEKS
$50/CLUB
*Please send in a change in dismissal form every time that your child stays after school for a club.*
Games Galore: PK-2 Mrs. Keegan
Students will learn teamwork, strategic thinking, and good sportsmanship as they play group board games. Student will take home a passport of all the games they play throughout the session.
Maximum registration: 10 students
Tuesdays (2:45-3:45):
4/9, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, & 5/28
Full STEAM Ahead: K-2 Mrs. Pagano
Students will engage in hands-on activities with an emphasis on STEAM: science, technology, engineering, art and math. Participants will create robots with Cubelets, construct with KNex and other materials, create cool art projects, solve fun math challenges and more.
Maximum registration: 12 students
Tuesdays (2:45-3:45):
4/9, 4/30, 5/7, 5/14, 5/21, & 5/28
Cooking with Kids: 1-3 Mrs. Rossi
Students will learn safety in the kitchen. They will also learn how to cook afterschool snacks and/or lunch. At the end of the session, they will receive a cookbook containing the recipes they have learned.
Maximum registration: 10 students
Wednesdays (2:45-3:45):
4/10, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22, & 5/2
Fitness for Kids: 2-4 Mrs. Messina
Students will learn an introduction to the components of fitness while completing daily workouts. At the completion of the session, students will be able to create their own workouts!
Maximum registration: 12 students
Mondays (2:45-4:00)
4/8, 4/29, 5/6, 5/13, 5/20, & 6/3
Craft Club: 2-4 Mrs. Daly
Students will create an original craft, which they will be able to take home at the end of each session. When possible, crafts will be seasonally appropriate or holiday related.
Maximum registration: 15 students
Thursdays (2:45-3:45)
4/11, 5/2, 5/9, 5/16, 5/23, & 6/6
Fitness Club: 5-8 Mrs. Messina
Students will learn the components of fitness while completing daily workouts. At the completion of the session, students will be able to create their own workouts!

Debate Club: 6-8 Mrs. Daly
Students will learn to debate various topics of relevancy to youth of today. Students will develop skills to respectfully disagree with their peers, and how to research to defend a position.
Maximum registration: 15 students
