Regional Vegan Meet Up: Jamaican Inspired Dinner
Advance tickets $25 plus processing fee.
Thursday, March 28th we hope you will join us and your friends from vegan groups in Western Michigan and Northern Indiana for a special dinner at Water & Wheat. Chef Josh spent 3 years in Gainesville Florida and fell in love with Jamaican food. This dinner is an ode to the wonderful family restaurant the Reggae Shack in Gainesville.
The dinner will be a plated 3 course dinner.
Starter; Veggie patties with Ackee and Lox
Main entree; Jerk Jackfruit, Curry Hearts of Palm, Callaloo, Pigeon Peas & Rice, Cabbage & Carrots
Dessert; Plantains, Festival (coconut fritters), Ice cream
Served with Jamaican soft drinks and coffee.
