Central State Beer Brunch

Join us at Crafty Cow Milwaukee for our first ever Beer Brunch with Central State Brewing on Saturday March, 30th at 10am. Central State is based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. Central State the only brewery in the state of Indiana focused primarily on the wilder and farmhouse sides of fermentation. Specializing in farmhouse beers, sours and eccentrically hopped IPAs, making them perfect for brunch, and really any other meal.

Arrive at Crafty Cow MKE at 10 am for the welcome beer, and the first course will be served around 10:30 am. Each course is paired with a beer from the Central State. Ticket prices are $65 per person include gratuity.

Welcome beer - Table Bier Beermosa with peach and pineapple

Course 1 - Crepe - mango, ginger, lime zest, orange Julius whipped creme paired with Garden

Course 2 - bison breakfast sausage, dipped in pancake batter and fried, southern fried apples, bourbon bacon paired with Bashi

Course 3 - Wild Boar Belly Chilaquiles - wild boar belly carnitas, salsa verde, sunny eggs, tortilla chips, avocado, cotija, cilantro, crema paired with La Luzerne

Course 4 - Fat Elvis Plantains - fried plantains, warm peanut butter, chocolate mousse paired with Polyjuice
