Looking for a hilarious Friday night? Come to Wunderkammer March 29th at 9:30 pm for Corey's Comedians of Comedy, a night of standup comedy with 4 great Chicago standup comedians: Corey Wood, Sabeen Sadiq, Brian Roe, and Dylan Scott!
Tickets are just $4 online and $5 at the door.
Corey Wood Bio:
Corey Woods stand up comedy is darkly optimistic, focusing on the small joys of life and the frustration of the mundane. His material ranges from the difficulties of his years of teaching to his misplaced frustration with pugs. He excels at making absurd claims and taking audiences down his strange thought patterns until they are laughing and almost agreeing.
Born and raised in the small Texas town of Midland, Corey decided to start stand-up comedy in hopes of dethroning Baby Jessica as the most famous person from Midland, Texas. He has been performing comedy all over the country for the last 5 years. He has appeared at The Maumee, Mary, and Joseph Comedy Festival, Laugh Factory Chicago, Zanies, and performs on independent shows across the city of Chicago. Corey has had the privilege to open for several great comedians including Clayton English, Tim Dillon, and Doug Stanhope.
Sabeen Sadiq Bio:
Sabeen Sadiq is an actor/comedian/writer based in Chicago. Shes performed at the Muslim Funny Fest in NYC , the San Francisco Desi Comedy Fest, and the Chicago Womens Funny Fest, to name a few. Sabeen co-produces the comedy show Best Night Ever at The Gman Tavern, Monday nights at 9pm! Add @soybeandip on instagram to see where she's performing next!
Brian Roe Bio:
Brian Roe is an up and coming stand up comedian from Chicago Illinois. He performs at venues all around the Chicagoland area including well known clubs such as Laugh Factory, Zanies, and The Comedy Bar.
Dylan Scott Bio:
Dylan Scott is a Chicago based comic. For the past 7 years he has been a touring comic in both the US and Canada. In Chicago he is the cofounder and producer of Commit to the Bit Comedy LLC and the creator of a monthly storytelling show. His credits include: Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Midwest Queer Comedy Fest and Cleveland Comedy Festival. He has opened for Doug Stanhope and appeared on HGTVs House Hunters.
In December 2018 He released his debut standup album All the Sad Stories, which reached number 2 on the iTunes Charts (#1 on google play).
