This is a class for those who have done willow basketmaking before and who want to try making with bigger willow. You will need some strength and dexterity in your hands and arms to be able to manipulate the willow.
You will learn the German wale method of upsetting, be able to refine your side weaving skills, turn down a border with bigger willow and learn how to add handles.
There will only be six people in this class so plenty of individual attention and advice on techniques
Tea and coffee and biscuits/snacks are provided. There are local pubs and cafes where you could buy lunch or else you are welcome to bring your own to eat in the hall or outside
All materials are included in the price and all tools needed are provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure a place. In the event of cancellation, a full refund can be obtained from Brown Paper Tickets up to two months prior to the date of the class.
If you need to cancel after this please contact me. I will give you an 80% refund if your place can be filled by someone else. I will make all reasonable effort to fill your place but if this is not possible I will not be able to offer a refund. In the event of non attendance no refund will be given. If the course cannot run for any reason, a full refund will be given.
