2019 #NCWine Bloggers Summit Sunday Dinner
Join us for a 3 course dinner prepared by Chef Dusty Snow of Gold Leaf Catering prior to the 2019 #NCWine Bloggers Summit.
The dinner will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 6:30pm at the Fairfield Inn in Elkin, NC.
Chef Dusty's menu includes:
SALAD
Blistered Grapes, Arugula, Bleu Cheese, Mustard Vinaigrette with Candied Pecans and Sunflower Seeds
ENTREE
Glazed and Braised Beef Chuck with Smoked Fig Demi-Glace,
Roquefort Grits
Charred Carrots
DESSERT
Pecan Tart
