Responsible Recruitment Training for Suppliers
The FLA will be offering a three-day, social compliance training on Responsible Recruitment for select affiliates' Malaysian suppliers on Tuesday, March 12 - Thursday, March 14, 2019. The training is a comprehensive course that has been designed to cover the identification and mitigation of unfair recruitment practices. The purpose of the training is to better equip suppliers with the knowledge and skills to help their factories meet international recruitment standards, improve recruiting practices, and put mechanisms into place to ensure fair recruitment practices by third party agents.
This in-person training is a unique opportunity for an interactive experience and participants are encouraged to ask questions, clarify concerns, and discuss challenges. Enhancing this knowledge within your supply chain will:
1) Improve factory's migrant recruiting policies and procedures and communication with workers on their rights.
2) Assist brands in upholding their commitment to responsible recruitment and protecting workers rights.

USD $750 for each additional participant from the same company
