Alas pa' volar (Wings to Fly) is a dance tribute to Mexican artist Frida Kahlo. This evening will intertwine modern dance and Mexican folk dance in celebration of the ever-present Mexicanity in Kahlo's work, as well as her continual influence on contemporary arts & culture.
Join us as we reimagine some of her work and life into dance.
