Carlos & Maureen Urrego NOLA
Carlos Urrego (Colombia) and Maureen Urrego (Chile) started dancing together in 2016, combined they bring to you many years of experience in teaching, performing, choreographing and producing shows, such as Seasons of Tango and Midsummer Night Tango Cabaret. They have also won many awards together and are currently the reigning official USA Salon Tango Champions. Carlos and Maureen teach and perform throughout the US, internationally in Colombia and Argentina sharing their love and dedication to this beautiful dance.
Andres Bravo & Sarita Apel NYC
Andres Bravo (Colombia) and Sarita Apel (Netherlands) started dancing together in 2018.
Andres was born in Colombia and has been dancing Tango since the early age of 11, later working with grand personalities and companies of Argentine Tango and winning multiple Championships in Colombia. Sarita was born in Germany, since the early age of 6 she studied ballet and modern dance, dancing in prestigious modern dance Companies in NYC and later starting with Tango Argentino.
Andres and Sarita have performed and taught in NYs most prestigious Milongas such as the Astoria Tango Club, Tango La Nacional, Nocturne Tango Salon and Mala Leche, in San Diegos Milonga Nocturna, in Mainz, Germany and they have many engagements coming up in 2019, such as the Tango+Tango Show running May thru June in the Thalia Theater in NYC.
They are also part of Ana Padron and Diego Blancos renowned Tango For All Dance Company, with whom they have performed and toured nationally, working together with the Orchestra of Latin Grammy Award Winner Pedro Giraudo.

Jee Yeoun Ko Cello - NOLA
Dr. Jee-Yeoun Ko is a Korean native cellist, educator, and concert organizer. Her education and careers in Asia, Europe and the United States have developed a wide interest in the many musical styles such as asian folk tunes, tango, pop, jazz along with classical music. Artists that she has collaborated with in the past include: Marta Casals, Aldo Parisot, Ellis Marsalis, Wynton Marsalis, The Marsalis family, Phil Wood, John Boutte, and the Faubourg Quartet (of which she is the founder and leader). Dr. Ko is also known for producing big hearted benefit concerts, such as: Coats-for-Kids Concert, disaster relief concerts and many other fundraising events to support education and communities in New Orleans where she currently resides. Dr. Ko is also a chair of classical instrumental department at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts where she enjoys working with young talent. Recently, she also was featured at an event in honor of Dalai Lama and congressman John Lewis and performed a selection of Korean folk tunes.
