Desmond-Fish Public Library 2019 Associates Dinner
Every spring, the Desmond-Fish Public Library Board sponsors
the Associates Awards Dinner to honor national and international
contributors to the arts and literature and to recognize area
residents who enhance the local community. This year, we honor
T.C. Boyle, a preeminent contemporary American writer and the
author of 28 works of award-winning fiction, including over 100
short stories and Worlds End, an unforgettable time-traveling
journey through the history of our own stretch of the Hudson
River. We also honor author and business owner Leonora Burton
and the late journalist Tony Burton for their myriad contributions
to the quality of life in Garrison and Cold Spring.
