Smylie Brothers Valentine's Day Beer Dinner
Join us on Thursday February 14th for a Valentine's Day dinner on our 2nd floor mezzanine consisting of a specialty crafted 5-course meal paired with house beer selected by our Head Brewer and Chefs.
Our Chefs will be preparing a unique menu for the evening showcasing dishes inspired by our kitchen's family, culture, and culinary passion.
This is a 21+ only event.
This will be a single seating service. Seating will begin at 6PM. Apps and intro will begin at 6:30PM.
This event has scheduled courses with description from our head brewer and chef, showing up late will result in missing out on the full experience.
Early arrivals can feel free to grab drinks at our upstairs bar prior to event start or participate in a brewery tour at 5:30PM.

Course 1 -
Artisanal cheeses and garnish paired with your choice of Lager or Farmhouse.
Course 2 -
Smoked Salmon served on a crostini w/ herb cream cheese paired with our Blood Orange Dunkelweiss.
Course 3 -
Bacon wrapped pork butt medallion w/ melted Muenster cheese & mashed potatoes paired with our Porter.
Course 4 -
Chimichurri steak w/ red beans & rice paired with our Brut IPA.
Course 5 -
Assorted dessert bar featuring bourbon chocolate truffles and a fresh chocolate goat cheese paired with our Coffee Imperial Stout.

No menu substitutions will be made.
