Cellar Cyndicate Presale Event (Lief & Chocosaurus Rex)

We are excited to bring you 2 new beers this month - LIEF & CHOCOSAURUS REX
LIEF bottles are $16 / 375ml + tax & BPT fee, with a limit of (4) bottles. CHOCOSAURUS REX bottles are $24 / 22oz + tax & BPT fee, with a limit of (4) bottles.

LIEF
Méthode Traditionnelle - 3 Year Blend
Sour Beer Aged in Oak Barrels
7% ABV
Our inaugural blend of one, two, and three year old spontaneously fermented ale produced in San Diego and inspired by the Belgian process of making traditional Lambic. Part of this blend comes from the first-ever batch of beer brewed in our Miramar brewhouse.
California grown pale malt and raw, unmalted wheat provide the foundation of this blend, which was inoculated solely by wild yeast and microorganisms indigenous to the Miramar area.
Warm-aged hops added to the boil provide aromas of funk and earthiness. High levels of carbonation make for a brew that practically dances on your tongue, while enhancing the notes of funk, with a taste of fine cork. The light sourness up front gives way to a smooth and refined finish, dry and refreshing.
CHOCOSAURUS REX
Imperial Stout w/ Cocoa, Vanilla, Peppers, & Spices
12.5% ABV
A massive Imperial Stout inspired by Mexican Hot Chocolate, with a long delicious flavor tail that balances the subtle spicy notes from peppers, with the bitterness of cocoa and the perceived sweetness of vanilla. Hefty in both mouthfeel and ABV, with a smooth sippability and a slight sensation of spice that lingers on the palate.

BOTTLE RELEASE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Starting Monday, 1/21/19 at 10am PST for Cellar Cyndicate members, you will be able to purchase tickets good for up to 4 bottles each of LIEF and CHOCOSAURUS REX. This presale will end Wednesday, 1/23/19 at 11:59pm.
You will be able to pick up bottles at Pure Project (9030 Kenamar Dr. #308 San Diego, CA 92121) between noon on 1/30/2019 through the end of the year for Cellar Cyndicate Members.
Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to either the bottle limit or the pick-up window.
**Any bottle not claimed by the end of 2019 will be forfeit, so please only order if you are sure you can claim your bottles within the pickup window**

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR BOTTLES:
To claim your bottles, you will need to show ID proving that you are both over 21 years of age and that the name on the ticket order matches your ID. Again, please only purchase tickets if you are 100% sure that you can pick up the bottles within the pickup window stated multiple times above. There are no exceptions.
Pure Project WILL NOT ship bottles. The bottles must be claimed from the Pure Project tap room (9030 Kenamar Dr. #308 San Diego, CA 92121) within the pickup window of 1/30/2019 through the end of the year for Cellar Cyndicate Members. NO REFUNDS: Due to demand for bottles, Pure Project will not issue refunds. All sales are final. That said, we are big on customer service, so should you not be fully satisfied with a bottle, simply email bottles@purebrewing.org and let us know.
RELEASE PARTY DETAILS:
The tickets you are purchasing will admit you to a release party to claim your bottles. The date of the party is 1/30/2019 from noon-9 pm in the tap room at Pure Project. You have the option to pick up your bottles until the end of the year for Cellar Cyndicate Members.
