Riley's Farm: Colonial Farm Life
Explore the domestic, agricultural, and cultural heritage of Colonial America with hands-on workshops!
Though the years just prior to the American Revolution were certainly full of turmoil, the people of the colonies worked hard and found time for a some fun, too! This tour explores the domestic side of 18th century America and puts students in the shoes of their colonist counterparts in a fun, interactive way. Look on the Itinerary page for an idea of the workshops you might try during your two-hour tour.
Quill and Ink, Candle Dipping, Butter Making, Etiquette, Weaving, Games are a few topics discussed and demonstrated during the Colonial Life field trip. Tour content may vary.
If you are using Valiant funds please select the FREE ticket and place your order in VOS within 48 hours.
Ticket orders must be placed in Brown Paper Tickets before placing the request in VOS. A confirmation number is needed in the VOS order description.

Please remember the chaperone policy: 1 enrolled student in your family attending the trip = 1 total chaperone ticket paid by funds. 2+ enrolled students in your family attending the trip = 2 total chaperone tickets paid by funds.
**Please know that you will not receive physical tickets for these events as you will be required to check in the day of at the venue with our staff member hosting it.**
