Joy Journeys Workshop
Whats a Joy Journey? What would it be like to live with more joy? What if the next time you were lying awake at night, it was because you were so full of excitement and curiosity? What is your heart yearning for more of? If any of these questions cause you to pause or wonder, this workshop is for you. Joy Journeys are those adventures that encourage us to see, seek and explore possibilities for more happiness in our lives and to spend more time in a state of flow, complete absorption in an activity that you enjoy and are good at. During this workshop, we will use variety of creative activities and interactive tools to help you reflect on current dreams, discover new possibilities, and make courageous, tangible plans for exploring new joy. Still reading? Its time to sign up. Join a community of likeminded joy seekers and enjoy connection (and coffee) on the journey!
Logistics The workshop will take place on Saturday, January 26 from 1:30-4 at Forza Coffee Company (1028 N Hamilton St Unit 190, Spokane, WA 99202) in the coffee shop conference room. Plan to be engaged and comfortable. Bring your favorite writing utensil!
This work shop is created for smaller, more intimate groups so registration will be capped. Pre-registration and payment through Brown Paper Tickets is required. Spaces are filling quickly so dont miss out! Refunds for changes or non-attendance will not be possible. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the coffee shop, and participants are highly encouraged to support this small business, which is supporting another small business and the community by offering space.
