The Mobility Project
The Mobility Project -Learn the Most Effective Methods to Develop Real, Usable, Strong Flexibility -Make mobility a priority for you in 2019.
Have you always wanted to get flexible but struggled to make any significant progress? Do you often experience feelings of muscle tightness and aches? Do you have tight hamstrings, back pain, or shoulder problems? Do you want better control over your body? Are you looking to improve your performance in pretty much everything you do?
This systematic approach to developing true mobility is for you. Proper joint mobility and health is one of the most important investments you can make. It will improve your quality of life, brain function, and how you feel in your body and move throughout the world.
Once registered, heres how it works:
1) You can begin the prep work any time from January 1st-31st. Establish a baseline, receive some videos/articles, and begin making progress ASAP! 2) Attend in-person Movement Workshop* in Seattle OR watch recordings online at your own pace. Everyone will have access to videos. Well go into more details, advanced techniques, and supporting movements: borrowed collection from gymnastics, martial arts, dance, and circus. 3) 3 Months Mobility-Focused Online Coaching Programming from mid-February to mid-May (over 12 weeks) with private group forum access.
Who this is for: 1) Humans 2) People with injuries, have tight hamstrings and hips, athletes looking to enhance their performance, or new to the movement world 3) People who are willing to put in some work
What this is NOT: yoga-based/foam-rolling/passive stretching/Supple Leopard/MES/nervous system tricks
Time commitment is flexible and based on for your goals, schedule, and life.
For those in the Seattle area, in-person sessions are available at a 50% discount from January-May. Youll also qualify for discounts on other movement workshops. For anyone interested in working on other areas of movement simultaneously (hand balancing, strength, balance, coordination, etc), please email me to set up a consultation.
What happens at the end of the 3 months? You will have some tools to continue your own practice. At this point, I will have options for how to continue your movement education and coaching if you are interested.
