June 30, 2013 Farm-to-Table Dinner
Four course plated dinner with wine pairings featuring Chef Jason Coen. The evening consists of a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and a plated, four-course dinner with white linen service prepared by the chef. The entree will feature 2L Farms' own grass-fed beef. Ingredients not grown by 2L Farms are sourced from other local farmers. The dinner is served outside atop a Kansas hill that provides a magnificent sunset view. You'll also have the opportunity to stroll the farm, see the cattle, goats, garden and other farm activities.
